Job Description:

We are seeking a talented professional to become an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting the delivery of high-impact data strategies across the business. You will help shape our SAP master data practices and reporting frameworks, and play a vital role in improving data accuracy, quality, and governance across all business units.

This role involves proactively monitoring, detecting, and addressing inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies in master data, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and providing recommendations to prevent recurrence of data issues.

You will collaborate with data owners and stewards to ensure robust data controls, processes, and governance are in place. Additionally, you will lead data cleansing, profiling, and reporting using BI/SAC tools, generating actionable insights and supporting informed business decisions.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering monthly reporting and storytelling insights on master data health, as well as collaborating with key stakeholders to foster a culture of data accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years' experience in SAP (Customer, Vendor, or Material master data)
  • Strong knowledge of data management and governance
  • BI/SAC reporting experience & advanced Excel skills
  • Clear communication skills with strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Involvement in IT or finance projects
  • SQL basics and understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
