Project Manager

This is a challenging project management position, where you will be involved in every stage of the bid process, working closely with partners and associates to produce high-quality bids and tenders.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and reviewing eTender notifications for potential opportunities.
- Summarising same for partners and colleagues.
- Managing all aspects of each assigned bid:
- Understanding tender requirements and noting key dates;
- Production of the first draft of the tender document;
- Identifying relevant information for inclusion in the draft;
- Working with partners and associates to bring the document through to conclusion;
- Final checks to ensure that all tender requirements are met;
- Submission of bids on time and in the manner/format requested.
- Maintaining accurate records of all bids, historical information, rates, panel appointments, etc.
- Effective management of own workload and administrative duties/projects.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in bid/tender roles within law or professional services environments.
- Strong understanding of the bid process.
- Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
