We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our organization as a Data Operations – Data Operations Specialist for an 11-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a new B2B marketplace, directly influencing how businesses discover and adopt the tools they rely on.
- Data Research and Review:
Conduct thorough research, review, and curate data about companies' products and services to expand and improve the B2B marketplace.
- Collaboration with Teams:
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to refine guidelines, processes, and annotation tasks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
- Data Expertise:
Develop expertise in how customers perceive categorization of entities and apply this knowledge to improve data quality, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Quality Assurance:
Establish and perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability, guaranteeing high-quality information for informed decision-making.
- Human Intelligence:
Contribute human intelligence to support scaling efforts with machine learning methods and Generative AI, leveraging human expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Point of Contact:
Serve as a point of contact for classification decisions and provide support to partner teams in delivering exceptional member experiences, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Dataset Analysis:
Review and analyze large datasets in an SLA-driven environment, balancing speed and accuracy to meet business objectives and drive growth.
