Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for warehouse management? Do you have experience in leading teams and overseeing daily operations?

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory levels, and supervising a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and value-adding servicing of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to material requirements of production plant by ensuring availability of required materials and accurate stock management reports.
  • Supervise team, raw material capacity, and present scenario planning if capacity becomes constrained.
  • Oversee the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the plant, including stock control and material reconciliation while utilizing SAP.
  • Manage KPIs specific to the warehouse function and implement corrective and improvement actions to achieve targets.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a material management role, ideally in a chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Degree or other relevant qualification in a supply chain related discipline preferred.
  • High level computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and significant experience of SAP.
  • Full driver's license required.
