Regulatory Compliance Specialist Role

This is a critical position ensuring our medical technologies align with regulatory requirements.

The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing regulatory intelligence and developing strategies to guarantee product compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the regulatory environment to provide internal advice on product compliance.
  • Anticipate and address emerging regulatory issues during the product lifecycle.
  • Identify market access requirements and potential obstacles.
  • Develop and update regulatory strategies based on changes in the regulatory landscape.
  • Evaluate proposed products for regulatory classification and jurisdiction.
  • Determine regulatory requirements and options for submission, approval, and compliance activities.
  • Provide regulatory guidance for product development and planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; or Master's in Regulatory Science.
  • Typically requires at least 4 years of experience.
