Bid Management Specialist

Our client is a leading technical contractor with a diverse portfolio of projects across the globe, including the UK, Ireland, Mainland Europe, USA, and Canada. With over 20 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, data centres, food, logistics, and pharmaceuticals, they have established themselves as a multi-million-pound company.

As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for managing the entire bid process from initial opportunity identification through to submission. Your expertise will ensure that deadlines are met and bid quality is maintained, driving business growth and success.

The role involves developing and implementing winning bid strategies tailored to specific projects, aligning with client requirements and company strengths. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, gather inputs, and ensure alignment throughout the bid. Effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders is crucial, as is the creation of compelling, accurate, and professionally written bid documents. Additionally, you will identify and assess commercial and technical risks associated with the bid, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.

To excel in this role, you will require:

- 5 years' experience in Bid Management or similar roles.
- Ability to relocate to Dublin, Ireland (if outside the region).
- A proven track record of securing large contracts.
- Comfortable working under strict deadlines.
