Job Description

As a Program Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting employer engagement and managing key platforms that power our learning and community ecosystems.

  • Support employer partnerships across initiatives Community Based Initiatives using AI-powered tools to maintain up-to-date contact lists, engagement status, and communication tracking.
  • Use AI analytics to prioritize employer follow-ups based on activity trends and interest signals.
  • Schedule and coordinate employer events (e.g., career talks, internships) informed by predictive insights from historical engagement data.

You will leverage the Global Learning Delivery (GLD) instance to track student cohorts and alumni milestones, integrating AI features that flag at-risk learners or incomplete placements. You will also utilize Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) with embedded AI to monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and optimize reporting for initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. They will also possess 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, employer engagement, or community outreach.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Augmented Employer Engagement

Operational Tools & Platform Management

* Leverage the Global Learning Delivery (GLD) instance to track student cohorts and alumni milestones, integrating AI features that flag at-risk learners or incomplete placements.* Utilize Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) with embedded AI to monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and optimize reporting for initiatives.

AI-Enabled Community & Alumni Engagement

* Manage student and alumni engagement in the Circle/Alumni community platform, using AI tools to segment communications, recommend events, and personalize learning opportunities.* Coordinate alumni speaker participation, using AI to analyze past event feedback and match speakers with relevant topics or audiences.* Track and analyze alumni interactions and community engagement to support retention and advocacy strategies.

Strategic Outreach & Regional Expansion

* Conduct AI-assisted research to identify new partner opportunities, including Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) across EMEA.* Use AI-driven workforce analytics to support proposals for regional pilots and employer partnerships.* Support outreach campaigns with AI-personalized messaging and scheduling tools that enhance engagement across regions and employer segments.
