Job Description

As a Senior Technology Service Strategist, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of technology services, manage client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement service delivery strategies.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive service delivery plans
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Analyze data and derive insights to inform performance improvement initiatives
  • Conduct regular service reviews with clients to assess progress and identify areas for enhancement
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and advocacy
  • Lead a team of service delivery professionals to achieve strategic objectives

You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance standards and industry regulations throughout service delivery processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of technology service management principles and practices, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and derive insights for performance improvement.
