About This Role">

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading AI transformation engagements with a focus on Sales and Service domain expertise. You will own the technical win strategy for each opportunity and engage with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) to translate their priorities and goals to solution vision.

In this role, you will design solutions and deliver industry-aligned demonstrations to customers, focusing on solving technical proof requirements while highlighting business value and competitive differentiators. You will also develop relationships with decision makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor in your domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities and securing customer solution design endorsement.
  • Own the technical win strategy for each opportunity and engage with BDMs and TDMs to translate their priorities and goals to solution vision.
  • Design solutions and deliver industry-aligned demonstrations to customers, focusing on solving technical proof requirements and highlighting business value and competitive differentiators.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated technology-related sales or consulting experience, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 solutions and related technologies. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include Level 200 proficiency in consultative selling approaches and Level 400 mastery of Dynamics 365 solutions for key workloads. You will also need to have a willingness to grow and adapt with Microsoft's innovations, and commit to ongoing professional development to maintain expert-level product knowledge and strategic sales skills.
