Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and tender submissions to ensure accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Measure and value works on-site, including interim valuations and final accounts, to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, leveraging strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and risk management, providing expert advice to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Cost Manager in a construction company.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in cost management software and MS Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
