About the Job:

  • This role is responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to patients with ENT-related communication disorders.
  • You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients.
  • You will conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • You will maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • You will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess and diagnose patients with communication disorders related to ENT conditions, including speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapies.
