Student Systems Coordinator

Munster Technological University is a multi-campus university contributing to the region through academic programmes that support student development and opportunities, education and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead My Ban teams functional and development.
  • Oversee student records system operations ensuring data integrity security and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Monitor maintain accuracy and completeness of student records including enrolment grades transcripts and degree audits.
  • Identify implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of SRMS and University processes.
  • Provide training and support to faculty staff and students on SRMS use.
  • Address resolve system-related issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with government HEA and University regulations regarding student records and data privacy.
  • Manage report creation production related to student records and academic performance.
  • Manage provision of data to support institutional research and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum Honours degree in Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Expertise in student information systems database management and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organisational analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead manage team work collaboratively drive change.
  • Project Management Experience.
Terms of Appointment

Salary Range €82 475.00 - €99 213.00pa depending on qualifications and experience.

Permanent contract.

Hours per week: 35 hours per week.

Annual leave: 30 days per annum.
