This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Disability Team Leader.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our disability team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Care or a related field, with at least two years of management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals providing support services for individuals with autism.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of the individuals we support.
  • Manage and coordinate developing services, prioritizing the needs of the person supported.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Full degree in Social Care or a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology).
  • Eligible to register with regulatory bodies as a Social Care Worker.
  • Minimum two years of management experience with responsibility for a team.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
