Commercial Liability Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Liability Claims Specialist to join our team. This role will involve investigating and reporting on liability claims across various sectors, with a strong focus on employers', public, product, and motor liability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and report on liability claims
  • Gather and assess evidence to support conclusions and recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of client service and ensure compliance with protocols
Candidate Profile:

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial liability claims handling, with strong understanding of employers', public, product, and motor liability. Industry qualifications in insurance or loss adjusting are preferred. The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills. They will also have strong IT proficiency and familiarity with relevant claims systems.
