Finance Management Role

This role involves overseeing and coordinating all financial activities related to month-end, forecasting, and budgeting. The goal is to ensure accurate financial statements and forecasts that support the business while complying with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Budget Planning and Review: Directs the preparation of budgets, reviews proposals, and ensures accurate justification and documentation.
  • Financial Forecasting: Generates and reports a comprehensive twelve-month rolling financial forecast.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepares financial summaries and forecasts to assess income, expenses, and earnings based on operational data.
  • Strategic Financial Objectives: Establishes strategic financial objectives and policies to support company goals.
  • Audit Preparation: Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and prepares for audits.
  • Financial Insights: Provides timely insights into the organization's financial health to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial management or a related area.
  • Skills: Demonstrated advanced functional and technical financial skills, with experience in manufacturing/cost accounting preferred.
  • Tax Knowledge: Experience with multi-VAT registration and international VAT tax rules.
  • Financial Reporting: In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Communication: Ability to analyze financial reports and respond effectively to inquiries from stakeholders.
