Job Title: Lead Clinical Therapist

As a skilled and dedicated clinical therapist, you will play a vital role in providing specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to children and young people with complex communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children and young people with communication difficulties.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including children with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other developmental conditions.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to junior colleagues, contributing to interdisciplinary case discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with families, carers, schools, and other stakeholders to develop individualised care plans.
  • Contribute to service planning, policy development, and clinical audits to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Promote evidence-based practice and participate in professional development activities.

Essential Requirements: CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist, minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, with significant experience working with children and/or young people with disabilities.
