Job Opportunity: Experienced Estimator
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team in Longford. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates that support the continued growth of the business.

- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for structural steel projects.">
- Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to determine scope.">
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.">
- Prepare tender submissions, cost reports, and bid clarifications.">
- Support smooth project handover to contracts and project management teams.">
Candidate Profile:
">The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in estimating for structural steel projects in Ireland. They will possess strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes, excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills, and proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
">Desirable Qualifications:
">A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering would be beneficial. Experience on large commercial, industrial, or infrastructural projects, familiarity with BIM and digital estimating tools, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally would also be advantageous.
