Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage our sales team focused on funded startups. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in fueling our growth in this key segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, train, and lead high-performing account executives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the team, ensuring day-to-day operations align with performance goals.
  • Support your team in developing comprehensive sales cycle strategies to drive product adoption, net new product sales, and client retention.
  • Closed and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with the investment partnership team to analyze VC portfolio data and organize founder-focused events.
  • Solve complex client needs by working across product, sales, risk, and operations with your team to improve our offering.
  • Evaluate internal processes to ensure they support user success by coordinating with other teams such as Solution architects, SDRs, Marketing, Product, and others.
  • Inspire and enable personal and career development of team members, promoting career growth and increasing impact.
