Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Registered Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that promote the well-being and safety of our young people.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and compassion within the service.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, including children's services, health agencies, and community-based services.
- Monitor and report on service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance care delivery.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Manage budgets and resources to meet company targets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the service.
We require an experienced professional with:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working with behaviours of concern, such as verbal and physical aggression or absconding.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience leading teams and managing services within the care sector.
- Degree-level qualifications in Social Work or a related field.
- A full clean UK driving license (12 months).
- Northern Ireland Social Care Council Registration and Enhanced Access NI.
