Civil Engineering Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of our civil engineering projects.

  • Lead and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Verify that all works adhere to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Monitor productivity and progress, reporting back to the Site Manager as required.
  • Promote a culture of health & safety by conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Effectively organize plant, materials, and labour resources to optimize project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a Ganger / Foreman on civil engineering or groundworks projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering disciplines including drainage, utilities, concrete, earthworks, and roadworks.
  • Able to interpret and understand technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Possession of Safe Pass and relevant tickets (360, Dumper, CSCS Supervisor Card) is advantageous.
  • Strong focus on health & safety throughout the project lifecycle.
