About the Role:
  • We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee key infrastructure projects in Cork, ensuring alignment with health & safety, quality, cost, and programme targets.
  • You will monitor project performance and financials, including KPIs, budget tracking, billing, and cash flow.
  • The ideal candidate will develop detailed project schedules and resource plans, coordinating materials, plant, equipment, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day coordination of crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and design teams, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in a project management role within civil engineering or construction
