Our organization seeks a skilled Maintenance Solutions Developer to create engineering solutions and maintain condition-based maintenance programs that prevent equipment failures and resolve costly issues.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement effective maintenance solutions to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance condition-based maintenance (CBM) programs, including vibration analysis and thermography
  • Analyze equipment history using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Optimize maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of plant processes and equipment
  • Benchmark emerging technologies and best practices in digital and SMART maintenance
  • Support and train maintenance planners and schedulers
  • Ensure compliance with quality and EHS management system requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role within an industrial environment or specialized consultancy
  • Proficiency with CMMS highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
