Reliability Specialist Opportunity

A High-Performance Role for a Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer to own the Asset Maintenance Strategy, ensuring its effectiveness and reducing regulatory concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems.
  • Analyze equipment history within the CMMS to identify areas for improvement and reduce costs.
  • Maintain and implement Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, including vibration, thermography, and predictive analyses.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and techniques, and implement digital solutions and SMART maintenance practices.
  • Guide the planner and scheduler to ensure that PM/PdM services meet key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
  • CMMS knowledge highly desirable.
  • Experience working in an industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify trends and patterns.
  • Analytics experience with maintenance data is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
