We're seeking a strategic Customer Education Manager to drive customer success by delivering engaging learning experiences, resulting in increased product adoption and reduced churn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer education strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on onboarding efficiency, product knowledge, and customer retention.
  • Design and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) platform, including content strategy, configuration, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
Program & Content Development
  • Create scalable training content, encompassing self-paced courses, certifications, and video tutorials that cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Develop a tiered learning academy with personalized pathways for administrators, power users, and consumer users, featuring best practices and expert tips.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to design training for new features, add-ons, and releases, ensuring seamless customer adoption.
Cross-functional Enablement
  • Partner with Implementation Managers to streamline repetitive training tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic onboarding and customer success.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to promote ongoing learning, product mastery, and customer engagement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Jointly develop education-driven campaigns with Customer Success and Customer Marketing to re-engage inactive users, driving product adoption and reducing churn.
  • Act as an internal advocate for customer-centric educational content, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
