Job Overview:
Our client is a leading Irish manufacturer of bespoke and made-to-order windows and doors. They are seeking two experienced professionals to cover North Dublin and South Dublin, providing top-notch service to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, be proficient in IT systems, and have excellent carpentry experience. A full driving licence is essential for this role, and the successful candidate must be 23 or over due to insurance regulations.
- Replacing hinges, gears, handles and glazing units at customer sites
- Repairing any damage caused to windows and doors during installation before handover to the customer/builder
- Scheduling calls and call outs with the service engineer
A carpenter qualification or experience would be highly beneficial, as well as IT proficiency using tools such as a tablet. Strong customer service skills are also required.
