Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Windows Field Engineer. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the deployment and maintenance of our Windows 10 environment.

This is a contract role with a duration of 12 months based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a full Irish driving licence and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Imaging PCs and laptops
  • Building desktops and laptops for new installations
  • Installing and removing software
  • Migrating data from old systems to new ones
  • Providing technical support and resolving issues as they arise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Windows 10 and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of SCCM and imaging tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (desirable)
