Global Labeling Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced director to lead our label management organization, driving strategic planning and forecasting of label change projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee packaging and artwork strategy, shared label strategy across product lifecycles, and drive alignment for labeling projects among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Lead the development of strategic plans for label change projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness within the Artwork Management System.
  2. Project Management: Manage project workflows in Production, Design, and Asset areas, overseeing label change projects and associated deliverables for launches, site transfers, and country-specific changes.
  3. Performance Metrics: Develop and report performance metrics within label change execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Regulatory, or Quality environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
