Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Labeling Operations Director to lead our team responsible for packaging and artwork strategy.

About the Role:

This role involves driving alignment across teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain aspects of labeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global product planning and forecasting of label change projects
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the Brief phase within the Artwork Management System
  • Project manage Production, Design, and Asset workflows
  • Lead label change projects and associated deliverables for launches and site transfers
  • Develop and report performance metrics for label change execution
  • Own and lead the Packaging and Artwork Strategy
  • Develop and maintain shared label strategy over the product life cycle
  • Change Plan ownership for labeling operations
  • Act as business process owner for specific labeling business processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain and 5 years' experience in Operations, Regulatory, or Quality environment
  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
  • Experience working effectively across cultures and functional areas
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and personnel
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain aspects of labeling
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations affecting Pharmaceutical and Device products
