Job Title: Expert in Private Markets Asset Management

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess circa 8 years of experience in investment management, fund administration or capital markets, with a strong focus on alternatives or private markets asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs, and investor requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop a strong understanding of fund structures and investment strategies to support client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across finance, operations, and compliance to streamline reporting and investor communications.
  • Maintain and enhance client reporting workflows, ensuring consistency and quality across investor deliverables.
  • Oversee fund data sites and external databases, keeping materials updated and accessible for key stakeholders.

About You:

  • Circa 8 years+ of experience in investment management, fund administration or capital markets.
  • Experience within the alternatives or private markets asset management class is essential.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
