The role of Inside Sales Account Representative at a leading cybersecurity company is ideal for results-driven sales professionals who excel in consultative sales and are passionate about enabling growth in the security software industry.

This position involves managing a geographically designated book of commercial business, responsible for revenue delivery and working closely with a multi-disciplined team to define technical aspects of sales. Successful candidates will have direct experience managing an individual pipeline of opportunities, with closed/won revenue aligned with assigned metrics and targets.

The Inside Sales Rep provides support to Enterprise Field Sales Account Reps to drive deals from business development to closure, working closely with various teams such as legal, customer success, finance, renewal, and quoting to ensure effective deal closure. The ISR may be responsible for the full-sales cycle for commercial level businesses independently.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be expected to understand the overall business objectives and GTM strategy of the sales organization and articulate the value proposition and business differentials to customers. Key responsibilities include account management, territory management, developing relationships with key decision-makers, tracking and reporting on account activity, and working daily with channel partners to help close business.

You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, owning issues with the deal, solving post-sale service problems, being available for customer questions, following defined procedures to solve customer problems, and maintaining a pleasant and professional image within your defined territory and accounts.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with 3-5+ years of technology sales experience, product or business development background, and passion for identifying and selling additional sales opportunities. A proven record of accomplishment of success (consistently achieve/overachieve quota) and disciplined time management, account management, and territory management skills are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to learn quickly and think analytically, and self-motivation, persistence, and drive for success to deliver above sales goals are required.
