Job Title: Clinic Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administration support to our Multidisciplinary Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical appointments for Service Users and Clinicians.
  • Maintain accurate records in IT systems.
  • Deal with all correspondence, emails, calls, and reporting.
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate clinical meetings.
  • Maintain and update records of incidents involving Service Users.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation.
  • Extensive understanding of technology required for the role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with people with additional or complex needs.
  • High standard of IT literacy.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organisational, and communication skills.
