Clinical Support Specialist

Objective: To obtain a challenging role that leverages my expertise in clinical support services.
In this position, I am responsible for delivering bespoke clinical supports to ensure the competence of healthcare professionals and support staff. The primary goal is to develop and implement effective training programs that promote safe and holistic healthcare assessment processes and clinical risk management strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for community staff teams.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Training qualification and background in delivery of SAMs training or other training and development programs.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a disability service-related management post.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in the disability sector.
- Full driver's license and availability of own car.
