Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee NAV Processes: Manage and refine internal NAV oversight, monitoring delegate fund administrators daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Monitor Performance: Ensure fund performance aligns with expectations and address discrepancies.
  • Exception Reporting: Develop and maintain reports around cash breaks, pricing, trade settlements, and accruals.
  • Reconciliations: Collaborate with custodians, administrators, and service providers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for investment managers, custodians, and fund administrators on operational matters.
  • Expense Oversight: Validate fund expense fees, review budgets, and ensure timely payments.
  • Tax Compliance: Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings and rebates.
  • Service Oversight: Support our delegate/outsourced service oversight program, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
