Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Support Specialist to provide high-level support to a busy team of investment professionals.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisation and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate, high-quality Excel reports and updating portfolio company data using Dynamo CRM.
  • Liaising with portfolio partners to gather and manage essential information.
  • Providing diary and travel management support to the team.
  • Adapting to shifting priorities and ensuring seamless delivery under pressure.
About You
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally supporting a team in a fast-moving environment.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) are essential.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and able to build strong working relationships.
  • Flexible, solutions-focused, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
