Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves ensuring the flawless operation of services for valued clients, airlines, and partners.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • We monitor services end-to-end to ensure smooth operations.
  • Using Jira, we manage tickets and incidents effectively.
  • We collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve open issues and incidents.
  • We develop custom utilities to automate tasks and enhance team efficiency.
  • We perform ad-hoc data analysis across various databases and data sources.
  • We deploy airline in-flight services and configurations to on-site hardware for testing.
  • We work in Salesforce and Kevel to support the Advertising and Sales teams.
Required Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and JSON.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and command line interfaces.
  • Ability to script for task automation, preferably with PHP.
  • SQL database querying skills, including MySQL and Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with web-based applications and systems, using web browser console/developer tools.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and incident management abilities.
  • Experience in operational support and managing incidents involving external partners and internal teams.
  • Quick learner with a deep understanding of complex, interdependent systems.
  • Capability to analyze and integrate data from various sources, including logs, databases, and API responses from third-party applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Jira and Salesforce is beneficial.
