Culinary Expert Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our trailblazing culinary team.

The role involves assisting in the smooth running of the section, ensuring high standards of cuisine and hygiene are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for service to the required standard, minimizing wastage.
  • Meticulously ensure all special requests made by guests are met.
  • Prepare dishes to the required specifications and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications.
  • Promote a positive working atmosphere by being inclusive and respectful at all times.
  • Work well on your own initiative and within a close-knit team.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience; hospitality industry experience is advantageous.
  • Passion and genuine interest in food at all levels.
  • Friendly team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiar with HACCP regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Flexible in working hours.
