Job Title: Reservations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will oversee all individual, group, corporate, and OTA reservations, ensuring all enquiries and bookings are handled promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all individual, group, corporate, and OTA reservations.
  • Ensure all enquiries and bookings are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain rate codes, packages, and restrictions in Hotsoft PMS in line with revenue strategy.
  • Ensure rate parity across all connected distribution channels.
  • Monitor daily booking pace, pick-up, and cancellations, reporting trends to the Revenue Manager.
  • Handle rooming lists, deposits, and cancellations in accordance with policy.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reservations reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 23 years hotel reservations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience using Hotsoft PMS (desired).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
