Job Title: Luxury Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced reservations manager to join our team at The K Club, a unique resort in Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the resort's reservations mailbox, ensuring all reservations are entered correctly into the system, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, fluency in English, and be flexible in working hours. A knowledge of Opera is desirable but not essential.

The role involves:

  • Managing the Resort Reservations mailbox
  • Ensuring all reservations are entered correctly into the system
  • Liaising directly with hotel reservation enquiries
  • Booking room, dining, SAP, golf, leisure, and transport for guests
  • Dealing with Tour Operators regarding bookings made and pre-payment required
