Role Overview

At a world-renowned resort, we are seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the resort's reservations mailbox, ensuring that all guest requirements are met, and providing exceptional service to guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent negotiation and decision-making skills, as well as fluency in English, both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Resort Reservations mailbox
  • Have full knowledge of the Resort Rate Structure, including various packages on offer
  • Liaise directly with hotel reservation enquiries, from quotation to confirmation to arrival
  • Ensure all leisure and dining, transport requirements are confirmed when guests make a reservation and again when confirming their stay prior to arrival
  • Enter all reservations correctly into the system
  • Book room, dining, spa, golf, leisure, and transport for guests
  • Deal with Tour Operators regarding bookings made and pre-payment required
