Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming reservations via phone, email and web in a professional and friendly manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deal with all incoming reservations and respond to queries within agreed timelines.
  • Accurately input reservations into the Guestline reservations system.
  • Communicate guest requests to the relevant departments promptly.
  • Support the team in managing individual and group bookings.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a hotel reservations role is essential.
  • Experience with a hotel property management system (PMS) is required.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are necessary.
  • An eye for detail and ability to multitask are also required.
  • Possession of passion for delivering exceptional customer service is desired.
