Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled spa receptionist to join our team. This is a dynamic and varied role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming calls, both internal and external, in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Handle reservations and inquiries for treatments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the spa remains clean and well-maintained, and that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and queries, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Assist with check-ins and ensure guests receive all necessary information and support during their stay.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns, and provide regular updates on business performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed on time.
Requirements
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including weekends.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as QQI Level 5&6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, or recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to guests.
