We are seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will handle all calls and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, manage reservations and handle guest requests in a timely manner, work alongside the Spa Cleaner & Attendants to maintain the cleanliness of the Spa, deal with billing procedures, reservations, and other requests as needed. They will also stay up-to-date on ongoing promotions and procedures in The Spa Reception.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Flexible working hours, including Saturdays.
  • Qualifications: QQI Level 5&6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
