Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this critical role.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all calls in a professional and efficient manner. They will also manage reservations and inquiries for treatments, work alongside our Spa team to ensure the area is clean and well-stocked, and handle guests' and members' requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and inquiries for treatments.
  • Work alongside our Spa team to maintain a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Deal with guests' and members' requests promptly.
  • Handle check-ins professionally and courteously.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding billing procedures, reservations, and requests when necessary.
  • Stay informed about groups, conferences, and meetings in the Resort on a daily basis.
  • Complete daily reports before the appointed time.
  • Ensure the oncoming receptionist is fully updated on business status.
  • Take responsibility for banking and float while on duty.
Requirements
  • Flexible working hours, including Saturdays.
  • Qualified to QQI Level 5&6 or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Sunday.
