Job Opportunity: Night Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead our hotel operations during the night shift.

  • Overseeing all hotel activities, ensuring guest and staff safety and security.
  • Supervising front desk and night audit operations, maintaining accuracy in financial reporting and guest records.
  • Managing guest arrivals, departures, late check-ins, and special requests with professionalism and warmth.

The successful candidate will oversee all departments, maintain high standards of service throughout the night, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading all hotel operations during the night shift.
  2. Supervising front desk and night audit operations.
  3. Managing guest arrivals and departures.
  4. Conducting regular property walks to ensure security and cleanliness standards.
  5. Handling and resolving guest complaints or incidents.
  6. Coodinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams.
  7. Completing and verifying night audit reports.
  8. Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Night Manager or Supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and make confident decisions.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
