Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotel. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all hotel departments during night shifts
    • Supervise and support front desk and night audit operations
    • Manage guest arrivals, departures, and special requests
    • Conduct regular property walks to ensure security, safety, and cleanliness standards
    • Handle and resolve guest complaints or incidents promptly
    • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
    • Complete and verify night audit reports

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a Night Manager or Night Supervisor in a hotel environment
    • Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management system
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
    • Flexible approach to working hours
