Spa Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full time Spa Receptionist to join our team. The K Club is a unique resort located in the heart of Ireland, offering a tremendous variety of career opportunities.

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling all calls, internal and external, in a professional and efficient manner. You will also manage reservations and inquiries for treatments, work alongside our Spa Cleaner & Attendants to ensure the Spa is clean and towels are regularly topped up, deal with guest and member requests in a timely manner, process check-ins in a professional and courteous manner, and liaise with other departments regarding billing procedures, reservations, and other requests when necessary.

You will be expected to familiarize yourself with all groups, conferences, and meetings in the Resort on a daily basis, complete daily reports before the appointed time, ensure the oncoming receptionist is fully up to date with the status of the business, and promote a positive working atmosphere at all times.

Requirements
  • Handle multiple phone calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage reservations and bookings efficiently and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Spa team.
  • Deal with guest and member complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
