Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and flexible individual to fill the role of Spa Receptionist. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To handle all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • To manage reservations and inquiries for spa treatments.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and high standards of customer service.
  • To deal with guest and member requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • To ensure all check-ins are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
  • Qualifications in Spa Therapy or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
