Job Title: Youth Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Services Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people within our residential service. They will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes resilience and recovery from early life trauma.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent, along with 2 years' experience working with young people. A full, clean manual driver's license (valid in Ireland) is also required. Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres is essential, as well as eligibility to work in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people within our residential service.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote resilience and recovery from early life trauma.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
