Key Role in Insolvency Law

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to take on a key role in insolvency law and develop their skills in this area.

The Position:
  • Draft correspondence, agreements, and research reports related to insolvency law.
  • Upskill in new areas of law, including commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and apply these skills in the context of insolvency law.
  • Manage transactions and general contract negotiations from start to finish with appropriate supervision, ensuring that all relevant legal requirements are met.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have experience working effectively as part of a team and individually, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently, and be able to work under pressure when needed.
  • Be highly motivated and willing to take responsibility for work requirements and client needs, and have a flexible and positive attitude towards work.
  • Have a calm and measured approach to problem-solving, and be able to think critically and analytically in complex situations.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual who is passionate about insolvency law and has a strong desire to progress their career. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of insolvency law and its application in practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
