About the Role:
• Coordinate and oversee compliance with GDPR, AML, and industry regulations
• Conduct risk assessments, implement risk management strategies, and develop internal compliance procedures and controls
• Manage policies related to cash handling, client money procedures, and coordinate training for staff
Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience in a relevant role, such as compliance, risk, legal, or governance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML, GDPR, and PSRA regulation adherence)
• Previous experience in the property industry is advantageous
